Isis Sainz

Isis Sainz December 1st, 2001 - July 26th 2024

On the morning of July 26, Isis Sainz passed away peacefully from natural causes at her home. She was 22 when she passed.

The first time her and her Owner (Erika Sainz) had met, it was after Erika had gotten home from school. Isis was hiding underneath the bed, but came out as soon as Erika entered the room. Almost as if they were old friends and had known each other for years already. From that day they were more than best friends, they were family.

Isis loved sitting in front of the living room door, looking outside and chirping at any nearby birds. Though hated the outdoors running away from an open door like it was the plague. She also loved sitting with her owner, enjoying each others company and receiving pets.

She was very talkative, having a meow that could be heard throughout the house. When she wanted something known, she made sure you’d know about it. Though that’s what her owner loved about her.

Living a long 22 years though had taken its toll, and she had let her owner know that she was ready. Allowing her to be there with her for her final moments.

She will always be loved and missed, she left behind something no one could replace and in return took a piece of her owners heart with her to the afterlife. Though this was a willing sacrifice for the years of love she had given.

There will never be another cat like Isis.
