There is no obituary long enough to contain the amount of love I had for my sweet baby, or long enough to contain everything I could say about her personality. Bonita was everything I needed when I got her as a teenager. Through the years she became my best friend and the love of my life, my baby. She dealt with all the nicknames we called her, “Mimi,” “Meemer Boneener, “Princess Bobo,” “Stinky”—I could go on and on. She dealt with me trying to put her ears in a ponytail, trying to make her dance, waking her up for constant kisses and cuddles, and she was the best girl in the world through it all. She never failed to give me, and everyone else, endless love with her kisses and cuddles. Her loss came far too soon and has put a hole in my heart. She left behind so many family and friends that love her, including her “Gammy,” “Aunt Meghan,” and her cousin Willie and “Uncle Phil,” among so many others. I will always carry her in my heart, I will think about her every single day, and I will miss her for the rest of my life. Sleep well, Bonita. Until we meet again.
